Japan – Don’t Execute Matsumo Kenji

He could be hanged any day now. Yet because Matsumoto Kenji was born with a mental disability, the result of mercury poisoning, he does not understand why he is on death row or what will happen to him when his execution is announced.

Imprisoned on Japan’s death row for 21 years, Kenji’s condition has worsened and he is now wheelchair-bound. Ask authorities there not to execute him. Take action now
