Continuing our exploration of the relationship between the state and the individual, Gareth Peirce and Chase Madar discuss key cases involving miscarriages of justice, and their implications. Chase Madar is a solicitor based in New York and author of The Passion of Bradley Manning. Gareth Peirce is a British solicitor best known for her work with the family of Jean Charles de Menezes, Moazzam Begg, the Birmingham Six and Julian Assange.
